Easter’s coming early – so get prepared

With chocolate and champagne VIP packages, hundreds of acres of gardens bursting into life and the odd egg hunt, what is there not to like about Easter at Warner? While our Easter breaks are just for grown-ups, there’s still plenty of fun to be had. We’d love for you to come and spend a few days with us at one of our 13 properties around the UK, and don’t forget, Easter falls particularly early this year so if you’re considering booking one of our Easter weekend breaks then it’s time to start planning!

Easter Sunday is on March 31 this year but remember that with the bank holidays of Good Friday and Easter Monday on either side, it’s a perfect time to take a few days off to unwind and hopefully enjoy some warm spring sunshine. Our three-night Easter breaks start on Good Friday, or alternatively you could join us on Easter Monday and enjoy a four-night stay. We can’t promise not to pepper you with puns, but if you’re looking for an egg-stra special time away then we’ll certainly do our best to ensure you have a fun time.

With 32 acres of magnificent grounds and gardens, Lakeside Coastal Village on Hayling Island in Hampshire is an idyllic place to spend a few days. And over the Easter weekend there’ll be even more reasons to take a close look at the wild flowers and bedding plants as the Lakeside team will be planting some Easter eggs in sneaky locations as part of an organised hunt! Keen not to be outdone, the team at Sinah Warren coastal hotel, just along the coast, will be holding their own hunt, with plenty of prizes to be won. Breaks_MIDWEEKimage

At Cricket St Thomas Hotel, a magnificent Grade II listed Regency mansion in Somerset, guests looking to attend a Palm Sunday service won’t have far to travel far. The beautiful parish church of St Thomas’, parts of which date back to the 12th century, is situated within the grounds of the estate and hotel guests are invited to attend the service before returning to the main house to enjoy tea and delicious hot cross buns.

We’d be delighted to welcome you at any of our properties over the Easter weekend, just see what takes your fancy and book online in a matter of minutes. And don’t forget, save an extra £40 off per person with our Spring Break Sale.

  1. When I was growing up, Easter meant that the crocuses were in bloom and we were going to look for a new dress to wear to mass and brunch on Easter Sunday. What I looked forward to the most, however, was the scavenger hunt my father put on for us, with challenging clues we had to answer to move on to our next treasure.
And the fact that spring had arrived.
