This month’s recipe demonstration comes from Jason Wardill, our executive chef over at Thoresby Hall Hotel in Nottinghamshire.

Jason oversees everything that goes on at the Thoresby’s newly-refurbished and renamed Sherwood Restaurant and à la carte Blue Room Restaurant, from menu planning and staff training through to evening service.
