We’re kicking off the master class series today with a dish that is sure to get your taste buds tingling – freshly picked English asparagus, crispy poached hen’s egg, bacon & béarnaise sauce. This month’s recipe demonstration comes from Jason Wardill, our executive chef over at Thoresby Hall Hotel in Nottinghamshire.
Jason oversees everything that goes on at the Thoresby’s newly-refurbished and renamed Sherwood Restaurant and à la carte Blue Room Restaurant, from menu planning and staff training through to evening service.
