Warner Leisure Hotels believes that loyalty is the cornerstone of our business. If you love holidays with Warner, you may have heard other guests talking about the Concierge Club. The Club is a community of our most loyal guests who enjoy a collection of benefits exclusive to them.

If you’re in our Concierge Club; you are our most loyal valued guests and we’re always looking at ways to improve based on what you tell us. You’ve told us you would prefer savings on all purchases rather than savings on a few. So, we have listened to you and are changing some of the Concierge Club benefits for 2014.

From the 31 March 2014 we’ll replace the Concierge Club voucher booklet with 10% loyalty saving on all your purchases while on holiday – so it’s a much better deal all round! As one of our most loyal guests you’ll qualify for the new and improved benefit from 31 March and you just need to bring your 2014 gold Membership Card that you already have to get this benefit.

  1. Another great week at Warners, Bembridge. Every thing was good but special mention has to be made of Hannah Robinson & Mikey Chambers for their and the other members of the entertainment team hard work, excellent shows. We had 43 people in our party and there wasn’t one negative comment during the whole week.
    Well done Bembridge.

  2. Juat got back from Bembridge, had a wonderful weekend. All the staff were extremely helpful, from Emma the room maid, to Ania our waitress. Nothing was too much trouble and they were friendly and welcoming. – Will be coming back again.

  3. Although we are members of the Concierge Club, we have this year twice attended Sinah Warren for Breaks but our membership has not been recognised! Very embarrassing! Hope it won’t happen again when we go to Sinah Warren for our next break!

  4. I e-mailed you when I returned from holiday at Thoresby Hall in November and have not yet received a reply. The booking ref was 4016674 and we (5 of us) were very disappointed with the food. What was supposed to be Christmas Day, all the vegetables for the evening meal was frozen peas and swede, there were no sprouts, cauliflower or broccoli and one side only was kept stocked up, even though the Chef kept saying queue each side. There was a long queue the whole length of the dining room. The turkey was just a turkey breast roll. I must admit the meal for the New Years Eve was a whole lot better – different Chef, much more cheerful – when we had lots of vegetables and a turkey breast crown.Concierge no. 59286

I’ve received my new Concierge Club Cards for 2015 and mentioned on the letter accompanying these was the note that I’d opted out of marketing communications from Warner – I didn’t intentionally do this! Can you arrange to let me have all future marketing information and offers with immediate effect.
